Part-Time Administrative Assistant

 

Harris, Hardy, & Johnstone, P.C. is looking for a part-time administrative assistant to join our team, which could lead to a full-time position.

The ideal candidate is able to work independently with minimum support, interact regularly with partners and senior leadership team, has extensive administrative, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and organizational skills, and can manage multiple projects while interacting with clients and staff in a courteous and professional manner.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing administrative and clerical duties, including backing up receptionist
  • Assisting with scanning and processing tax returns and extensions, and other tax documents as needed
  • Assisting with preparation of financial statements in Word and Excel
  • Communicating with clients and staff
  • Additional projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to perform multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Discretion and confidentiality with client and firm information
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the firm
